sports Rehabilitator
My passion is for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. I specialise in assisted stretching and sports massage, working with a wide range of clients to enhance mobility, prevent injuries, and promote overall recovery and performance.
I currently practice at Dr. Stretch, where I deliver hands-on therapy tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether you're an athlete looking to optimise your game, or someone dealing with everyday aches and tightness, my goal is to help you feel your best both physically and mentally
I studied Sports Rehabilitation at university, where I built a deep foundation in anatomy, injury management, biomechanics, and therapeutic techniques. That academic background, combined with real-world experience, allows me to approach every session with knowledge, care, and a focus on results.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m also a semi-professional footballer, so I know first-hand the demands athletes face – physically, mentally, and emotionally. This unique combination of hands-on therapy and on-the-pitch experience helps me truly connect with my clients, especially those in sport or recovery.
I also work with Wesham United as a football scout, where I support player development by identifying talent and understanding the physical demands of performance.
When I’m not working with clients or playing football, you’ll find me out on a run, exploring new food spots, or learning new techniques in physical therapy and recovery science. I’m proudly of Nigerian descent, and I bring that culture’s warmth, drive, and positive energy into everything I do.
I believe that therapy should be about more than just recovery – it should empower people to understand their bodies, take control of their health, and live more active, pain-free lives.
