Thirty is the point in life when your body starts paying you back for packing in the sports or living a less than healthy lifestyle. His style is motivating but approachable: he’ll push you past your limits while making sure you feel supported every step of the way.

Cornell is a Sports Massage Therapist and Athletic Trainer with a 1st class honours in Fusion Chinese Medicine and Sports Science. With over eight years’ experience supporting athletes from rugby and gymnastics to basketball and para-powerlifting, he knows how to keep bodies moving at their best. In small group PT, Cornell brings his expertise in recovery, mobility, and functional strength to make sure every client trains hard, stays injury-free, and performs with confidence.
