Our Lift sessions is designed for gym beginners looking to get leaner and stronger with the help of a Personal Trainer, and community of a class.

Each session will last 45-minutes with no more than 4 people mixing high-intensity strength training and body conditioning.

Located in Islington, in the heart of North London, you will benefit from training in a private gym studio with state of art equipment.

You will also receive tailored workout guidance specific to your goals and needs with the full expert support of Dr Stretch personal trainers who have developed the programme based on years of expertise in the field.

  • Lift sessions, held in out private gym studio in Angel/Islington (North London) is a focused fitness program designed for individuals who want to get learner and stronger, with a mix of strength training, HIIT workouts and conditioning.

    Participants will receive expert guidance, personalised workouts, and essential knowledge to start their journey towards improved strength and fitness.

  • To enroll, click in ‘Book now’ button above. Get in ‘Store’ and Small group PT package/membership with your registered account or you can visit our contact box and fill in your details in regards to the camp registration. Registration is straightforward, and you'll receive a confirmation once your registration is complete.

  • During the training camp, you will learn effective strength training exercises, cardio routines, stretches and strategies to enhance your overall fitness level. Our experienced trainers will guide you through each session, ensuring you develop a strong foundation for long-term progress.

  • The training camp is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and ages who want to improve their strength and cardiovascular health. Our program is specifically designed for beginners with little to no prior fitness experience.

  • The training camp spans 4 weeks, with sessions held twice a week.

    Each session typically lasts around 45 minutes.

  • Participants should wear comfortable workout attire and bring a water bottle. Any necessary equipment for the strength training and cardio exercises will be provided by the camp.

  • We understand that life happens. If you miss a session, our trainers will provide materials and guidance to help you catch up effectively.
