After numerous unsuccessful attempts, Alex triumphantly realized his desired physique within a mere 18 weeks under the guidance of Rimon

 

When Alex noticed his trousers ripping and friends commenting on his weight gain, he realized it was time for a change. Since moving six years ago, his diet had worsened, and he spent long hours sitting at a desk.

Blaming the 'three C's' – chocolate, crisps, and Chinese food – for his weight gain, Alex tried to get in shape on his own for 10 years but hit a roadblock and lacked motivation. Ashamed of his declining health, he turned to Rimon for a plan to make a noticeable change.

By increasing his daily step count and doing weight training three times a week, Alex transformed his physique. He proudly walks around with broad shoulders and tight abs, reigniting his passion for training.

"My life changed drastically. My belly was gone, my back, thighs, and arms grew, and my jawline became more defined. I was really happy with the outcome."

Alex shares how his energy levels are higher than ever, the importance of daily fitness targets, and how Rimon remotivated him after hitting a wall in the gym.

What inspired you to start training with Rimon?

I started training with Rimon because I gained almost 10kg after moving six years ago. Friends teased me, and I tore my pants due to my weight. It was mainly the three C's – Chocolate, chips, and Chinese food. Also, my job required me to be at my desk for 12 to 14 hours a day.

How has your life changed since finishing your transformation?

My life changed a lot. I stopped eating chips and had less chocolate, preferring whole foods over processed ones. For example, I ate more cooked meat and vegetables. I went from 5,000 steps per day to 10,000 steps, sometimes even 15,000. Friends and family noticed my progress, and everyone is happy now.

What impact did weight training have on your body?

My belly disappeared, and my back, thighs, and arms grew. My jawline became more defined. I was also lifting heavier in the gym with good form. Less noticeable changes included higher energy levels, fewer cravings for snacks, and a subconscious effort to eat healthier.
