My Story
While training in calisthenics, I developed costochondritis—a painful condition that even doctors struggled to diagnose or treat. Every appointment left me without answers, so I took matters into my own hands. I started researching, learning about the human body, and experimenting with different ways to heal myself. Not only did I successfully fix the problem, but I also discovered how much I enjoyed the process of understanding movement, recovery, and rehabilitation. That passion is what led me to study Sports & Exercise Rehabilitation at university, where I graduated with first-class honours. Now, I use both my personal experience and professional training to help others recover from pain, move freely, and perform at their best.
My Approach
No two bodies are the same—and neither are my sessions. I always begin with a thorough assessment to understand the root of your issue. By observing your movements and identifying any imbalances, I can make the treatment highly tailored to you, ensuring you get the best possible results.
My treatments are usually firm and thorough—I believe in working with enough depth to create real, lasting change in your muscles and movement. This way, you don’t just feel better for a few hours, but notice genuine improvement in how your body performs and recovers.
Whether you’re dealing with persistent pain, recovering from injury, or looking to perform at your peak, I’ll create a plan that fits your body and your goals.
Here’s how I can help you:
Relieve muscle tension and pain so you can move freely again
Restore mobility and flexibility for better daily function and performance
Accelerate recovery between training sessions or competitions
Prevent injuries before they start with proactive care and guidance
This isn’t just about a massage. It’s about finding the cause of your problem, treating it effectively, and giving you back control of your body.

My Sporting Background
Movement has always been a central part of my life. Alongside my academic journey, I developed a strong passion for calisthenics—a form of bodyweight training that demands strength, mobility, and control.
Through calisthenics, I learned first-hand how to build resilience, prevent injuries, and push physical limits without relying on heavy equipment. This training style has shaped not only my own performance but also how I approach rehabilitation and recovery for my clients.
