Hiya! I am Juliana, a sports massage therapists and I am willing to assist you relieve your everyday muscle aches and pains helping you stay more functional so you can go about your day with ease!

I aspire to help others get better and stronger whether that is from an injury or to relieve pain. Due to my own experience of having a back condition and needed physiotherapy for it, I strive to further my knowledge by studying Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation BSc Honours  to rehabilitate others who are like myself. 

I have gained exceptional experience working with the Royal Ballet School, working alongside the health care team, nurturing the students to return to sport after injury and keeping them at their best providing pre and post-sports massages. From this experience, I can help you perform at your best and help you recover efficiently.

My Specialities:

Through my studies I have developed a thorough knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the human body. I have learned to apply soft tissue techniques including:
