An expert Sport Therapist will guide you through a comprehensive whole-body assessment to explore how you move, uncover the root cause of any pain or discomfort, and start treatment right away with hands-on therapy. Then, we use corrective exercise and guide you through a clear path to moving better, feeling stronger, and staying pain-free.

Your first session is where transformation begins. The Dr. Stretch Signature is a comprehensive, full-body treatment tailored to your unique movement patterns, posture, and goals. We combine clinical insight with hands-on expertise to get you moving better — right from the start.

Your treatment includes:

Full-body movement & posture assessment
We identify imbalances, mobility restrictions, and sources of pain or tension.

Customised hands-on treatment
