Client of the Month: Olivia cornell

With a 3-year-old daughter, olivia felt it was time to focus on her fitness.

Olivia had been struggling to lose weight and get fit since her pregnancy, and she knew she needed expert guidance to regain control of her body.

After giving birth to her daughter, Olivia struggled to shed the pregnancy weight, despite years of on-and-off workouts. Balancing work and parenting, fitness took a backseat, but tired of feeling overweight and unhealthy, she eagerly joined the Dr. Stretch Fat Loss Reboot.

“I carried a lot of weight on my legs and my tummy. I lacked strength and didn’t feel particularly fit.

“I was definitely unhappy and knew I could achieve more. I had specific goals when I joined—losing weight and gaining strength. Over time, I became more ambitious about what I could achieve.”

Teamed up with Dr. Stretch trainer Trang, Olivia found the perfect partner to channel her energy and hard work. Fully committed but in need of guidance for the right results.

“After the initial 12 weeks, I thought to myself, 'Hang on a minute, I think I can look better.' So I signed up for another 12 weeks.

“I never truly believed achieving what I’ve achieved was possible. My mind had put a limit on what my body was capable of. I am so proud of what we achieved; my mind has now done a full 360. The only thing keeping it occupied is what’s next, where do we go from here?

“The big change for me has been my confidence, both inside and outside of the gym. Feeling healthier and stronger and looking better has given me a real mental boost. I relish the challenge; it’s given me the motivation to constantly up my game in all areas of my life.”

Olivia is hooked on the gym lifestyle. She finds the fitness, physical and mental improvements, and other training benefits quite addictive. Now, she looks forward to setting—and smashing—new fitness goals.

“At Dr. Stretch, I learned, or rather re-learned, that I’m capable of anything I put my mind to. Another key lesson was that you might not always be motivated, but you have to be disciplined, and consistency is key.

“You have to want it. There are plenty of moments when you will be pushing yourself way outside your comfort zone, but that’s how you improve and achieve things you could only have imagined previously. If you’re disciplined and focused, there is no limit to what you can achieve.”
