After numerous attempts, Adrian successfully attained his desired physique in just 24 weeks with Dr. Stretch.
Adrian felt his 'skinny' physique was holding him back in his career as an actor in London. In an industry dominated by big-built guys, Adrian understood that being in shape was a huge part of carving out a successful living on the big screen.

In just 36 sessions over 21 weeks, 31-year-old Adrian reduced his body fat from 13.6% to a super-lean 9.8%, all while building the muscular frame he desired.
“When I started at Dr. Stretch, I was frustrated because I was in this weird middle ground between being skinny but not having any serious muscle definition. I kind of just ate whatever was in front of me. It wasn’t necessarily a bad diet, but there was no rhyme or reason to it. I needed to make some kind of change.”
